Background
After completing my legal studies at the University of Augsburg, I undertook my legal traineeship with focus on economy in Traunstein and Munich. From an early stage, I focused on commercial matters and the intersection of law and technology. Driven by my strong interest in technology and practice-oriented work, I deliberately chose to complete my mandatory elective internship in the private sector at Infineon Technologies AG.
I then spent four years as an attorney at law at a Munich-based law firm specialising in IT Law, where I qualified as a Certified Specialist Lawyer in Information Technology Law. In this role, I independently managed complex mandates in IT and Data Protection Law for small and medium-sized European and internationally operating companies, with a particular focus on contract drafting, digital business models, and the enforcement of claims in court.
Consulting Approach
As a Certified Specialist Attorney for IT Law in Munich, I advise SMEs with a specialized, practical approach and strong technical expertise on the legally compliant development, digital transformation, and data protection compliant implementation of their projects.
My services are aimed at small and medium-sized companies in Munich and throughout Germany. I advise technology-driven businesses as well as companies taking their first steps toward digitalization or seeking technology-independent data protection advice.
Innovation and digital products require clear legal structures and processes to enable growth and reduce risks. I regard legal advice as an integral element of successful digital business models.
My goal is to deliver highly specialised, high-quality legal advice at market-appropriate fees, supporting development, digital transformation, and data protection compliant implementation, while identifying legal risks early and preventing typical growth challenges.
I strive to translate regulatory complexity into clear, implementable, and sustainably compliant structures, and to create practical, efficient, and commercially viable solutions without slowing innovation or day-to-day operations.
I place particular emphasis on clear communication, structured methodologies, and transparent recommendations, to ensure that legal decisions can be taken on a well-founded and reliable basis.
